Steph Metzger has been passionate about nutrition, health and fitness for many years now and has made it a priority to incorporate this into her own life, both personally and professionally. Attending the University of Guelph, she obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics, which gave her a strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology as well as nutrition. Steph’s interest in the human body, health and nutrition, along with her desire to help people achieve their personal health goals, encouraged her to expand her knowledge and expertise in these areas.
To further her education and knowledge in the area of Nutrition, Steph obtained a Registered Holistic Nutritionist designation from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) and has since been helping people of all ages change their lifestyle in order to reach and maintain their personal weight loss and overall health goals. Steph has also become a Registered Kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario (inactive status).
As a health and wellness enthusiast, Steph has been in the industry for over 15 years and has experience in many areas including personal training, fitness consulting, natural health products and supplementation, kinesiology and nutritional counselling. Steph’s goal is to provide her clients with the nutritional knowledge and tools necessary to create a healthy balanced diet and a state of overall wellbeing. She works every day to ensure that her clients are focused, happy and on track to reach their weight loss and overall health goals. Steph’s dedication to her clients helps them to lead a healthier, more active and vibrant lifestyle.
Starting with an in depth initial assessment followed by daily contact and support, you and Steph will work together to create a healthy balanced diet that you can enjoy and be able to maintain long term. It’s this daily communication that is the key to a client’s success, as they are held accountable each and every day for the choices that they make!
