With The Integrative Pilates and Rehabilitation Method, our Pilates Certification Training Program is dedicated to cultivating skilled instructors who embrace the principles of form and function through contemporary exercises, all grounded in a comprehensive understanding of anatomy. We prioritize a rehabilitative approach with our teaching training that emphasizes the body’s natural mechanics, equipping our trainees with the knowledge and tools to promote physical wellness and body awareness in their future students. By integrating evidence-based methodologies and innovative techniques, we empower our instructors to create safe, effective, and inclusive environments that foster strength, flexibility, and functional movement. Together, we aim to inspire a community of mindful practitioners who recognize the transformative power of Pilates in enhancing overall health and vitality, grounded in a solid foundation of anatomical understanding.

With the Integrative Pilates and Rehabilitation Method for Pilates certification, students will start with in classroom Anatomy education.  A strong understanding of the musculoskeletal system creates an instructor that is better equipped to work with special populations clients and feel confident when dealing with injuries.

Following the Anatomy program, students will move on to learning the Mat work repertoire at both the novice and intermediate level.  Educators will teach the movement fundamentals, explain the anatomy behind the movements, how to teach the exercises and how to modify for special populations and injuries.  Once completed, students will follow the same process to build on their education using the reformers.

Use of the studio space to practice, observe and a hands on approach to teaching are all included with the program.

We will be educating and certifying future instructors who will be equipped to work with clients of all levels and abilities, creating confident and employable trainers.
