Here we are at Vikki's (core)ner and as I sit here looking at my computer and then out at this very cold and snowy day I imagine it's going to be hard for may of you to get up, get out and get your works outs in this week. It's always easier to sit on the couch, snuggle up and turn on the TV but the couch isn't going to make you stronger and the TV isn't going to help you breathe better. So try to find your motivation wherever you can- maybe it's in the trip you're taking over March break or the extra spring your instructor added last session that you were so proud you could pull or maybe it's just in how great you feel each time you finish a class. Whatever that inspiration is- hold onto it, put your coat on and get to your workout!
