Pilates Classes
All classes at A Lyrical Body are run by certified instructors. We focus on improving core strength, increased flexibility, muscle strength and tone. Additionally, our cardio classes will work on improving your cardiovascular capabilities and endurance and our stretch classes will improve your flexibility.
If you prefer to work out in the comfort of your own home we still offer a flexible online program. Our online group classes or semi and private sessions are run via Zoom live. Classes are never pre-record classes and instructors do not take part in the classes. It's critical that clients have instructors cue, correct and modify in real time.
