Pilates - Equipment Sessions
Core Strength and Variety in a Small Group Setting
Mat and light equipment classes are intimate group sessions with up to 7 clients per class. Guided by your instructor, these sessions focus on improving core strength, posture, balance, and mobility.
The format offers a blend of traditional mat Pilates with the added challenge of various small props that keep the class fresh and engaging each week.
Rotating Equipment for Total Body Engagement
Each week, the equipment selection changes to introduce new challenges. Stability balls and foam rollers along with fitness circles, flex bands and toning balls serve as tools to enhance balance and dynamic resistance.
The diverse range of exercises helps engage all body muscles for toning and lengthening while focusing intensely on abdominal strength and proper alignment.
Who These Classes Are For
Mat and light equipment classes are ideal for individuals who want a lower-impact workout that still offers structure, variety, and challenge. They’re great for clients looking to deepen their Pilates fundamentals or maintain a consistent movement practice. The standing and mat-based format makes them accessible to most fitness levels without requiring large equipment.
Pilates - Jumpboard Sessions
Low-Impact Cardio, High-Intensity Results
Jumpboard sessions are fast-paced, 30-minute classes that use a Jumpboard attachment on the Reformer to deliver a powerful cardiovascular workout. You’ll lie on the Reformer and use your legs to “jump” horizontally, using resistance springs to create a smooth, joint-friendly motion. The workout is low impact, but it’s intense, and it’s great for endurance, burning calories, and working the lower body and core.
Great for Athletes and Everyday Movers
Jumpboard training delivers maximum benefits to athletes who seek better explosive speed and increased jump height and power in their legs. Jumpboard training serves as an excellent method for non-athletes to add cardio exercise to their weekly schedule because it provides an alternative to running or jumping on firm surfaces.
Small Class Size, Big Individual Focus
With only 6 clients per class, instructors can closely monitor form and provide cues or modifications as needed. Whether you're looking to add cardio, enhance your sport training, or just try something different, Jumpboard sessions offer a fresh way to push your limits safely and effectively.
Try Jumpboard for a Cardio Boost
If you're not currently getting cardio in your weekly routine or you’re looking for something new, Jumpboard is a smart addition. It's challenging, fun, and perfectly complements strength-focused Pilates work. Book a class and experience how Pilates can support heart health and stamina while still being kind to your joints.
